Nathan Willis has worked in the charity sector for seven years at Scope, WaterAid, and Save the Children.
As a corporate fundraising specialist, he has managed and grown multimillion-pound strategic partnerships with household name brands from the telecommunications, sports, pharmaceutical, and utilities sectors. In his current role as Strategic Funding Specialist at ActionAid UK, he leads proposal writing and grant management to facilitate growth from trusts, foundations, corporates, and philanthropists to further ActionAid’s mission of ending violence against women and girls, supporting their economic rights, and helping them to secure leadership roles in disaster response.
In his spare time, Nathan enjoys volunteering in his local community, reading books, watching new plays, going to the football, and plant-based cooking. He has a BA from the University of East Anglia and MSc from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
Nathan was born without a left hand and attended Reach family meet ups as a child. He is incredibly excited to join the Board of Trustees and offer his time, experiences, skills, and passion to enable Reach to further support children with upper limb differences.
Welcome back to the Reach family Nathan.
