I am a writer, blogger, and disability activist. I have previously written for Metro, Stylist and Ink Cypher and regularly write articles for Within Reach, our charity magazine.
In December 2023 I won the Inspirational Leader Award in the West Country Women Awards for my volunteer work at Reach, the suicide prevention charity Georgia’s Voice and the online community Sober Book Club. My roles at Reach include working on the board as a trustee and being a mentor for RAW, our kid’s camp. I am a dancer and wild swimmer in my spare time.
