Joseph Brooks is a typical teenager who wanted to get on the road with his friends as soon as he turned 17. With the help of a Reach Bursary he had his car adapted and passed his test just a few months after his birthday.
Here are the simple hand controls he had fitted to the car to enable driving, which was recommended by the Driving Assessment Centre and fitted by GM Coachwork in Newton Abbot.
