Q. How will I vote in this years AGM
A. You will be sent an official email that will have a link in it to your personal membership information kept on Reach’s database. You will be able to vote on the trustees you wish to elect. This in effect will be giving Clare Salters (Reach Chair) the right to vote for you by proxy using the votes you cast in the email.
Q. How do I register for this years Annual Family Weekend (Day).
A. You will be sent an official email from Reach with details on how to register. Once you have filled this in and returned to Reach you will then get an access code to the bespoke website that is being used to host the family weekend. This code is for YOU and YOUR family ONLY – it must NOT be shared with anyone else under any circumstances. The Reach Family Weekend (Day) is for MEMBERS only and those members have a right to expect that ONLY other members will be part of the day.
Q. Is there a charge for the family weekend
A. No there is no charge but we will be enabling you to make a voluntary donation per family. Any money’s received will go towards the cost of the family weekend and for other activities that Reach offers members. (Newsletters, bursary, events, Head Office support, fundraising products etc.)
Q. How do I upload pictures of my ‘Briony Bakes’ entry?
A. There will be a section on the bespoke website that will enable you to upload your entries
Q. When will the Briony Bakes entries be judged?
A. Briony will award ‘star baker’ on Saturday 24th October during her Q&A session
Q. Will we be able to ask questions of the speakers?
A. Yes there will be a Q&A with each speaker after their presentation, this will be hosted by Alastair Greener and you will be able to post questions via sli.do (you will be provided with an event code on the day)

A. This year we are having three panel discussions – Future Sports Stars, Health Professionals (Mental Health) and Influencers.
