Our flag ship event is going ahead! Taking place virtually on Saturday 24th October.
We have organised a fantastic lineup of speakers and exciting interactive workshops (more to confirm). Our platform will be a bespoke website and all the technical wizardry will be managed by James Jones, JJTS Technical Services accompanied by Alastair Greener, as in previous years.
The ‘show will go on’ and will be accessible to even more members this year!
In a few weeks time every member of Reach will receive a personal invitation via email to register to join us on Saturday 24th October. We will keep you posted of any updates. Read on for this years confirmed speakers!
Lauren Steadman the current World & European Champion – a title which she has won 3 and 6 times respectively, now specialises in Paratriathlon. In Rio 2016 Lauren represented Team GB in the Paralympic Games and took home a silver medal!
Lauren will be flying the flag for Great Britain once more in Tokyo 2021.
More recently in 2018 Lauren reached the semi finals of Strictly Come dancing with her partner AJ, but topping that in March 2020 Lauren was jointly crowned winner in the hit TV series Celebrity SAS!
Find out about her training, triathlon successes, dancing with AJ and her gruelling SAS challenge. Lauren will also be available for a live Q&A section on the day!
Briony Williams, winner of the 2019 Christmas Star Baker, Bake Off and 2018 semi finalist in the Great British Bake Off, will be demonstrating some recipes and judging your results for our very own Reach Bake Off!
Since Bake Off, Briony has become a presenter for the Channel 4 programme Food Unwrapped, in which she travels to parts of the UK and around the world researching different foods and drinks. She has also made appearances on Loose Women, The Steph Show, Beautiful Bakes With Juliet Sear, Blue Peter and Cbeebies’ to name but a few!

Miles Harrison will be sharing stories of his life and his fascinating career working in leadership and organisation development alongside being an independent trainer, coach/mentor and meeting facilitator.
Miles also manages to find time outside of work mountaineering in Scotland and abroad, he is also a keen cook and loves to create in the kitchen!
Reach member Darren Marsh DJ Total Recall will be talking about his exciting rise to fame in the music circuit.
Total Recall’s production and DJ skills are constantly in demand and see him regularly perform at some of the UK & Europe’s biggest Drum & Bass events. Darren scooped the coveted best breakthrough producer at the 2017 Drum and Bass Awards.

Max Swinhoe a Freelance Copywriter, avid explorer and traveller of the world alongside her husband Tom, has created a new challenge and it’s called the ‘Walk for Good 2020’.
Max and Tom are setting out to hike 14 National Trails in the UK; a grand total of 2422 miles and the equivalent of walking from London to Edinburgh 7 times, and a total elevation equal to summiting Everest almost 8 times! This amazing challenge, ‘Walk for Good’, sets out to raise money for two charities, Reach being one of them, and Mind, because mental health is just as important as physical health. Jennie Sands returns to the speaker podium to continue her story now as a qualified primary school teacher!
Jennie’s engaging and honest accounts will include memories from her Reach Activity Week, RAW days, as well her experiences and achievements to date!
